Please be aware that my products are all created once the order is placed, they are not made in bulk and they take time to create, therefore once orders are processed & sent, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING INFO
Once orders are placed please allow 10-15 business days to create the product. Once created I ship within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail Track and Trace.
Please note: in order to ensure your purchase arrives safely you will have to be in for the delivery in order to sign.
At the minute I only ship within the UK and to ROI.
Unfortunately it is out of my control after I ship the order however any issues please contact me.

Care and Attention
Please do not wash these bags in the washing machine or put them through the tumble dryer as it will destroy the print.
A simple, delicate hand wash is all that is needed with the smallest ounce of soap to help if needed
